TOUR TIPS
Check In & Go
  • For your safety we ask that you follow the directions of museum security officers.
  • Upon arrival proceed as directed to group check in.
  • Please leave backpacks and lunches on bus; they are not permitted in the exhibit areas or in gift shops.
  • Please allow enough time to use restrooms before your tour.
  • Designate one person responsible for payment procedure. One payment is required for the entire group.
  • Please bring confirmation letter.
  • Chaperones are asked to remain with their group throughout visit.
  • The movie is not part of your guided tour time. You are welcome to view the film after your tour.
  • Photography is not permitted in the museum galleries. Cameras
    are welcome in outdoor areas.

  • Food, drinks, gum, or smoking are permitted only in designated areas.
  • You will be asked to complete an evaluation form at end of your educational program.
  • Gift shops are located at both museums. You may call for more information:

  • Picnic areas and vending machines are available at both museums.
  • Jamestown Settlement also offers a limited menu at www. jamestowncafé.com
  • Most of your tour will be outdoors. Comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for all weather conditions are recommended.
